Excursion to Museum Gustavianum
On Monday evening we have added an excursion to Gustavianum, the university museum between 18-19. The museum is in downtown Uppsala and is easily reachable by foot or bus. If the weather allows there will be a communal walk which takes us past the botanical garden, Uppsala castle and Caolina Rediviva. The museum collection includes, the Augsburg Art Cabinet, old scientific instruments such as Anders Celsius’s original thermometer, an anatomical theatre and a current exhibition of paintings by Bruno Liljefors.

We kick off with a welcome reception on the Sunday at the Ångström laboratory and the scientific program starts Monday morning.
